Each year, we celebrate Easter with our community in Riverview Park, located less than 1/8 mile from Destiny Church. It is an incredible time of outreach and celebration in our community involving free food, inflatable’s, games, and Easter egg hunts for ages 1-99, with many prizes. Each year, God keeps doing incredible things. In 2008, we had approx 300 people from our community attend. In 2009, we had about 700-800 in participation… 2010, we had an unbelievable 1500+… And 2011, with the construction that was taking place at Riverview Park, we were asked to move the event to Woodland Park, where over 3,500 people swarmed the park to enjoy the event and collect 50,000 eggs!!!. What's going to happen in 2012? Mark your calendars now and join us as we celebrate the resurrection of Christ!

Each year, the men of Destiny Church, journey together to the Buffalo River to float a 3-6 mile stretch. Involving swimming, fishing, and a devotional on the shore... it has become one of the more anticipated events for our men each year.

You think the Olympics are competitive; you should come to Destiny Games. An afternoon of competition like never witnessed before, involving multiple teams and multiple games. Consisting of food & fellowship, teams & team captains, and winners & losers, it absolutely makes for a day to remember. Childcare is provided on sight. Games and inflatables are provided for ages 2-6. And everyone else is welcome to participate.

When it comes to the holidays, many people look ahead with great amount of anticipation. For many, however, they represent a time of hardship, depression, and sadness. It is our desire every year, to take the opportunity at Thanksgiving to continue to be who God intended the Church to be, and reach out to our community. We look for an opportunity every year to make this event special for the people of Maury County. Whether is through financial giving, cooking, or providing time and manpower, everyone has an opportunity to participate in this incredible outreach.
